HOW IT WORKS
Upon submission of your case, MCLA charges an administrative fee of $150 per party, payable when you complete the case submission. Under the LASC Mediation Referral Program the first three hours of mediation are provided by a mediator at $300 per hour for a minimum of $900 divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed and paid directly to the mediator prior to setting the mediation date. If a mediation runs over three hours, and the parties agree to continue, the mediator will charge $300 per hour for all hours after the first three hours divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed to.
SUBMIT YOUR CASE
You must fill out the case submission form as completely and accurately as possible.
Pay Initial Fee
An initial administration fee of $150 is due upon submission. Each additional party is required to pay $150 as well.
*** ALL fees must be paid in order to schedule a date with the Mediator.
MCLA Mediators
MCLA will refer a mediator based on the type of case presented and the availability of the mediator to complete the mediation in an appropriate time frame.
Pay Mediator Fee
Pay reduced fee to Mediator – An initial payment of $900 for the FIRST 3 HOURS divided by agreement among the parties. All parties must sign a Mediation Agreement and Confidentiality Agreement provided by the Mediator. The mediator will charge $300 per hour for all hours after the first 3 hours.
