Bill is an experienced attorney with a successful career starting and building businesses in a variety of fields including artificial intelligence, medical devices, internet services, entertainment, real estate and finance. He played a significant role in the establishment of Ticketmaster, Inc., where he was founding Executive Vice President and built the company into a world leader in the entertainment industry. Mr. Birdsall has also been a pioneer in the public real estate markets. 

He was co-founder and chairman of the Board of Host Funding, Inc., a public real estate investment company listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange and chairman and CEO of The Price REIT, a New York Stock Exchange company he co-founded in 1991 with retailer Sol Price. He has had distinguished career in public service as legal counsel to the Interior Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives, counsel to the Joint Oversight Committee for the Office of Technology Assessment, and as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona. Mr. Birdsall is a graduate of the University of Arizona Law School and a member of the Arizona and Colorado Bar Associations.

Beyond his proven success across industries, Bill has served as Legal Council and Assistant Attorney General in Washington and the State of Arizona and expanded his personal brand to building businesses and organizations as Vice President including Ticketmaster, Ramada Hotels, and multiple software development firms. With an extensive background in multiple industries. Bill is a valued member of the MCLA Board of Directors.
