LASC Mediation Referral Program
Reduced-Fee Mediation Services
This program is designated for cases referred by the LASC judicial and ADR office and accompanied by a Referral to Mediation or Minute Order.
MCLA is an approved provider for the Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC) Mediation Referral Program, offering low-cost civil mediation services for eligible cases. This program is available only to cases formally referred by an LASC judge or the ADR office.

HOW IT WORKS
How the Program Works
A non-refundable $150 administrative fee per party is required at the time of case submission.
The reduced mediation fee is paid directly to the mediator before a scheduled date can be secured.

You must fill out the case submission form as completely and accurately as possible.

Pay Initial Fee
An initial administrative fee paid directly to MCLA of $150 is due upon submission. Each additional party is required to pay $150 as well.
*** ALL fees must be paid in order to be assigned a Mediator.
MCLA Mediators
MCLA will refer a mediator based on the type of case presented and the availability of the mediator to complete the mediation in an appropriate time frame.
